Assisted with representation of major U.S. telecommunications company holding unsecured claims in excess of $200 million against bankrupt telecommunications companies.
Assisted with representation of unsecured creditor in connection with equitable subordination action and $2 million preference and avoidance claims against the State of North Dakota.
Assisted with representation of leading international aluminum producer in connection with $1 million administrative expense claim against bankrupt supplier.
Assisted with representation of New England retail clothing chain debtor in connection with the sale of substantially all of its assets conducted under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.
