Will Grossenbacher focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters across a variety of industries. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate counseling, involving public companies, private companies and startup / emerging growth companies. Mr. Grossenbacher also has experience advising technology and life sciences companies on a variety of issues involving commercial contracting, licensing and employment agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grossenbacher was a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2015 and at a Southeastern regional firm in 2014. Before law school, he served in AmeriCorps in Birmingham, Alabama.
