William Reichert is a partner in the firm's Moscow office. He has been practicing law throughout Europe and the CIS for over 15 years and focuses his practice on international commercial transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He also has extensive experience with a wide range of other transactions and investment structures, and has represented both foreign and domestic investors in the energy, technology, and real estate sectors.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Mr. Reichert practiced with another international law firm in Russia.
