William Reichert is a partner in the firm's Dubai office. He is a dual-qualified international corporate/M&A practitioner with nearly two decades of experience leading sophisticated commercial transactions in a variety of sectors (including, in particular, energy and natural resources, technology, and real estate) in both developed and developing markets. He has significant experience working on joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments and exits, corporate finance, restructuring and compliance matters across a broad spectrum of industries, jurisdictions, languages and cultures.
