Wojciech Sadowski, PhD is an advocate, member of the Dispute Resolution Team at the Warsaw office of K&L Gates, and the global international arbitration practice of the firm. His practice is focused on international and/or trans-border matters.

Dr Sadowski has extensive experience in arbitration proceedings under international investment agreements. As part of the international K&L Gates practice, he has been acting for both investors and states in that respect.

Dr Sadowski is also involved, as counsel or arbitrator, in commercial arbitrations. He also represents clients in court cases in civil and/or commercial matters. He has experience in disputes relating to construction, infrastructure, real estate, finance, intellectual property, the energy sector, telecoms, mining and metals, pharmaceutical, outsourcing, hypermarket chains, shareholders’ agreements and unfair market practices.

Wojciech Sadowski holds a PhD in legal studies and is the author or co-author of more than 30 articles and books on international and trans-border dispute resolution. Since 2008 he has been consistently ranked as one of the leading dispute resolution lawyers in Poland.
