Prior to joining the K&L Gates, Abraham served as an associate in the Kansas City office of a national law firm, where he focused his practice on any and all type of transactional corporate matters. Through this role, he served on a wide variety of transactions in the waste management and environmental services, communication services, landscaping, self-storage, health care, transportation, retail, and data security industries. Abraham also represented technology-focused and biotechnology-focused firms in various preferred equity investments from Series Seed to Series D funding. In addition, Abraham also advised clients regarding investment management, venture capital, securities and general corporate governance.
