Prior to joining the firm, Abraham served as an associate in the Kansas City office of a national firm, where he focused his practice on corporate finance. Through this role, he served on a wide variety of transactions in the waste management and environmental services, communication services, landscaping, self-storage, health care, transportation, retail, and data security industries. In addition, Abraham represented technology-focused and biotechnology-focused firms in various preferred equity investments from Series Seed to Series D, assisted financial services firms, and more.
