Adam Paine is a litigation associate in the firm's Boston office where he focuses primarily on commercial litigation. Adam has represented clients in a broad range of complex commercial cases in federal and state court, as well as bankruptcy, arbitration, mediation, and appellate matters.
Adam assists clients through every stage of litigation. He has experience with all phases of discovery, including managing complex document discovery, written discovery, and preparing for depositions and interviews. He also has experience with dispositive motions in state and federal courts.
Adam has also engaged in substantial pro bono work, including representing a non-profit religious organization in Massachusetts state court in a dispute with a financial institution
Prior to joining K&L Gates, Adam worked as an immigration paralegal in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm and interned at the City Solicitor’s Office of Revere, MA. Adam was a summer associate at K&L Gates in 2015.
