Adam V. Orlacchio

Adam Orlacchio is a partner at the firm’s Wilmington office. He is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice group. 

Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as a business litigation partner at the Wilmington office of an Am Law 100 firm. Through this role, Adam focused his practice on Delaware corporate litigation, as well as maintaining a national litigation practice. Adam takes pride in providing his clients with thorough pre-litigation counseling and attempting to obtain business resolutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. He frequently advises clients on complex commercial, corporate, and employment litigation matters, including:

  • Breach of contract
  • Fiduciary duty and corporate governance claims
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Alternative entity disputes
  • Requests to inspect companies’ books and records
  • Merger and acquisition disputes
  • Business torts
  • Products liability
  • Mass torts
  • Trade secrets and non-compete/ restrictive covenants

Adam counsels clients from pre-litigation through resolution in both state and federal courts throughout the U.S. He has trial experience before Delaware’s Court of Chancery and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and handles appeals to the Supreme Court for the State of Delaware and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Adam also has experience resolving litigation via alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration.
