Alexander Auriti is an associate at the firm’s Raleigh office and is a member of the Capital Markets practice group, assisting both private and public clients with a variety of needs, including guidance and support for capital raises through issuance of debt and equity, ensuring compliance with relevant securities regulations and stock exchange rules, and counseling on corporate governance issues. Alexander has represented issuers in a wide variety of private and public placements across the United States.
Alexander also has extensive experience assisting clients in broad corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and advising emerging growth companies with regard to a variety of issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexander served as a corporate associate at a business law firm where he led and coordinated detailed M&A transactions, counseled clients on compliance issues, assisted with drafting and filing of public-company SEC filings, and researched regulatory law.
