Alicia J. LeDuc

Alicia LeDuc is an associate at the firm’s Portland office. She is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice group.

She has represented clients in commercial disputes in federal and state courts. Her practice addresses corporate governance, intellectual property, class actions, commercial disputes, litigation, and promoting women in business and the startup ecosystem in the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining the firm, Alicia served as an associate at an American business and litigation law firm. She was part of the commercial litigation, securities litigation, government affairs, and counterfeit crimes unit practice teams. She advised and represented clients regarding intellectual property, complex commercial, and breach of contract disputes. She also represented executives, founders, fiduciaries, funds, and shareholders in resolving corporate governance disputes including fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder oppression, interested transactions, unfair business practice, misrepresentation, and derivative claims, in state and federal court. Alicia promotes and represents women founders, executives, and leaders. She hosted a female founder and executive education series focusing on venture capital, entity financing, and preparing women for board directorships. Alicia has authored several trade publications and frequently presents on litigation and entrepreneurship topics.
