Andrew J. Wu

Andrew Wu is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice.

Andrew has successfully represented clients from a variety of industries—including consumer products, restaurant franchising, manufacturing, transportation, technology, media and entertainment, aerospace, and more—in complex commercial disputes and class actions, in state and federal court.  Clients turn to Andrew for his business-oriented and pragmatic legal advice, sharp instincts, and tenacious work ethic to get the job done when the stakes are high.

Andrew has experience litigating cases involving contractual disputes, intellectual property infringement claims, trade secret misappropriation and non-compete issues, business torts, consumer class actions, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, and civil rights claims, among others.  He handles case management and strategy, substantive motions practice, all phases of discovery and e-discovery, and successfully resolves matters through mediation and settlement.

Additionally, Andrew has represented organizations—from state agencies to multi-national companies—in sensitive internal investigations and he has experience working with, and reporting out to, boards and special committees.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew served as a litigation associate with a national law firm, where he focused his practice on commercial litigation. He represented various companies—including a Fortune 100 grocery retail company, a global insurance firm, and one of the world’s largest fast food franchises—in numerous complex commercial litigation matters.
