Andrew Wu is an associate and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation for a variety of clients, including those in the consumer products, retail, financial services, and technology industries. Andrew has experience with matters involving contractual disputes, business torts, and trade secrets misappropriation, among other commercial disputes. He also defends against consumer class actions involving claims of false advertising, unfair competition, consumer fraud, as well as claims arising under federal and state privacy laws. He regularly handles case management and strategy, dispositive motions practice, all phases of discovery, and successfully resolves matters through alternative dispute resolution.
Andrew’s trial experience includes witness preparation, conducting direct examination, preparing cross-examinations, and substantive pre-trial and post-trial briefing.
Additionally, Andrew has conducted sensitive internal investigations on behalf of various organizations, and he has experience working with, and reporting out to, boards and special committees. He also maintains a pro bono practice that focuses on constitutional and civil rights.
