Anna Sikora

Anna Sikora is an associate in the firm’s London office. She is a member of the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. Anna advises clients on a broad range of European Union and United Kingdom competition issues including vertical supply and resale agreements (in particular advising on go-to-market strategy design and compliance), horizontal agreements and cooperation between competitors, merger clearances, abuse of dominance issues, antitrust compliance. In addition, Anna assists clients in obtaining foreign investment clearance for transactions under the UK’s National Security and Investment Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna served as an in-house lawyer in the London office of an international telecom operator where she focused her practice on competition law. There, she was involved in distribution agreements, merger control clearance, defending a merger clearance against an appeal, industry information requests, and developing and maintaining a commitments compliance program.

Before moving in-house, Anna worked in the EU, trade and competition team of another international law firm. Prior to that, she trained in the London office of a US firm, where she was seconded to the Brussels office to assist in a competition law challenge by a state-owned oil and gas company against the European Commission’s decision concerning major Russian gas provider’s use of the OPAL gas pipeline, as well as to Airbus’s headquarters in France to support their in-house litigation, investigations and compliance team.
