Antonino is an associate in the labour, employment and workplace safety team in Sydney. His focus is on advising clients on employment law, human resources, and executive matters, the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, workplace restructuring and workplace health and safety matters.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Antonino worked as Tipstaff (Judicial Clerk) in both Common Law and Equity Divisions of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, gaining experience in criminal matters and in complex commercial litigation proceedings. Most recently, he served as Tipstaff to the Hon. Justice Michael Ball (now Head of the Commercial and Technology & Construction Lists). He has also extensive experience assisting counsel in the conduct and preparation of Employment & Safety law trials.
