Ashley Wilson Berard is an associate at the firm’s Charlotte office. She is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Ashley focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, general corporate, mezzanine finance transactions, securities, and corporate law matters in a variety of industries and sectors. In her practice, Ashley works closely with investors, entrepreneurs, and executives on the legal and business issues they face at every stage, from startup through exit. Ashley also collaborates with a range of private equity and large strategic client, advising on acquisitions and side transactions. She is experienced at drafting and negotiating principal deal documents, and the formation and amendment of business entities.
