Bella Zaslavsky is a corporate and capital markets partner in the firm’s Boston office. She focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity securities offerings, corporate governance issues, and regulatory compliance matters. Bella has experience representing public and private companies in initial and secondary public offerings, private placements, and securities law compliance. She also advises emerging companies on formation, operation, venture financing, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Bella was a corporate associate in the New York office of a national law firm. In addition, she was a corporate securities associate with a New Jersey law firm for over three years, and a legal analyst/mediator in the Insurance and Financial Services Division of the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General. Bella began her law career as a corporate associate in the New York office of a prominent international law firm.
