Brittany Fayette is an associate in the firm’s Seattle office where she is a member of the technology transactions and data protection group. She focuses her practice on data privacy, technology transactions, general intellectual property and business services matters.
Brittany routinely drafts and advises on privacy policies, terms of service, data processing and transfer arrangements, and data privacy legislation. She has particular experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, SaaS and other software agreements, research and development agreements, and manufacturing and licensing agreements.
Brittany leverages her business experience to deliver practical solutions to the complex legal issues faced by her clients. She works closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to achieve their key objectives.
Prior to joining the firm, Brittany served as an associate at an international law firm where she focused her practice in technology and commercial transactions, across a wide range of industries. During law school, Brittany interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Washington, D.C. in its Civil Division, and with the Office of Foreign Litigation within the Commercial Litigation Branch of the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
Prior to law school, she gained practical business experience working for a global Fortune 100 company advising on compliance issues.
