Brittany Fayette is an associate in the firm’s Seattle office where she is a member of the technology transactions and data protection group. She focuses her practice on data privacy, technology transactions, general intellectual property and business services matters.
Brittany routinely drafts and advises on privacy policies, terms of service, data processing and transfer arrangements, and data privacy legislation. She has particular experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, SaaS and other software agreements, research and development agreements, and manufacturing and licensing agreements.
Brittany leverages her business experience to deliver practical solutions to the complex legal issues faced by her clients. She works closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to achieve their key objectives.
