Carly Traeger is a workplace relations and employment lawyer with extensive experience in providing human resources and employment advice, including in relation to bullying complaints, workplace disputes, investigations, absenteeism, organisational change initiatives, complex contractual queries and managing ill and injured workers.
Carly is also experienced in developing proactive strategies which take a holistic approach to dealing with complex employment issues. She is experienced in delivering training to business leaders and senior managers on best practice for managing employee performance and absenteeism issues.
Carly prides herself on providing timely, commercial advice to clients which draws on her years of in-house legal experience.
Prior to joining the firm, Carly worked in-house with one of Australia's largest financial services brands as an Employee Relations Advisor where she provided practical, commercial advice on complex employment-related matters.
