Carolyn Sng is a corporate partner primarily focused on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and financial services regulatory matters. She has represented both issuers and underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions, from initial public offerings to follow-on offerings. She also assists clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions, including takeovers, pre-IPO transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and restructuring. She has advised on a variety of financial services regulatory aspects, including securities laws, licensed intermediaries regulations, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) regulations for listed companies and regulated entities, fintech, and digital assets regulations.
