Catherine Nolan is an associate at the firm’s Newark office. She is a member of the environment, land, and natural resources practice group. Her practice includes advising clients on environmental compliance and permitting issues, and counseling clients in connection with CERCLA sites. Her environmental law experience is uniquely enhanced by her master’s degree in chemical and biochemical engineering and her experience as an environmental consultant prior to attending law school. Catherine is also member of the real estate practice group and in addition to advising clients in transactional and leasing matters, she represents developers in redevelopment and land use matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Catherine served as an associate at a United States law firm where she focused her practice on advising clients on environmental compliance issues, as well as representing their interests in real estate matters, including redevelopment and land use regulation, real estate transactions, and leasing matters. Catherine also counseled both purchasers and sellers of liquor licenses.
