Catherine Jordan is a senior associate at the firm’s Dubai office. She is a member of the International Arbitration practice group.
Catherine has experience in international arbitration, litigation and all forms of alternative dispute resolution. She advises clients on a broad range of disputes, including those relating to IP, construction, technology, and complex contractual claims.
Catherine has acted on numerous disputes pursuant to the rules of arbitration of the ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA, DIAC, GCCAC and ADCCAC. She is qualified in England and Wales, and has experience in litigation before the English High Courts and the DIFC Courts.
Catherine also provides dispute avoidance and risk management advice, including advice to improve contract performance and mitigate business interruption and reputational damage.
Prior to joining the firm Catherine served as a senior associate for an international law firm. Previously she served as an associate for international law firms in the UK and Dubai.
