Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte served as an associate for a global law firm in Brussels. In this role, Charlotte advised a wide range of Belgian and international corporate clients on all aspects of corporate law with an emphasis on complex cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, company law, private equity, commercial contracts, corporate litigation, and merger control.
