Prior to joining K&L Gates, Claudia worked as a private tax senior analyst at an international professional services firm. She has experience in taxation issues associated with the income tax and capital gains tax matters of various domestic and international private/public clients (ultra-high-net-worth individuals, partnerships and companies).
Claudia has worked closely with tax partners to prepare and deliver corporate taxation advice relating to issuance of convertible notes, commercial debt forgiveness, permanent establishments, corporate residency and capital gains tax rollovers.
