Prior to joining the firm Courtney served as an associate attorney for a firm based in Portland, Oregon, where she focused her practice on commercial real estate finance transactions and commercial real estate generally. Through this role, she drafted and reviewed the documentation and completed the due diligence necessary to close multi-million dollar commercial real estate and other commercial transactions for institutional lenders and other high net worth clientele. In addition, Courtney drafted and reviewed easements, deeds, purchase and sale agreements, business entity documents, and more. Before becoming an attorney, Courtney spent many years in the service industry and leverages that experience to provide a superior client experience today.
