Daniel was a Summer Associate with K&L Gates in 2019. Prior to re-joining the firm, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jose L. Fuentes, P.J.A.D. in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. In that capacity, he reviewed case files and conducted research to draft and circulate case memoranda to Appellate Judges. Daniel also interned with the Honorable James W. Donohue, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. He also served as an Associate Editor and Symposium Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review.
During law school, Daniel worked as a paralegal and law clerk at boutique and regional New Jersey law firms.
