Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was an associate at an international law firm. There he represented and counseled investment advisers in connection with structuring and formation of onshore and offshore private funds, including drafting and review of fund offering and operating documents (e.g., offering memoranda, limited partnership agreements, investment management agreements, subscription agreements, and side letters).
