Prior to joining the firm, Daria served as senior legal counsel for a Taiwan listed technology company. Through this role, she drafted and negotiated a variety of commercial contracts including asset and share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and memorandum. In addition, Daria coordinated intellectual property infringement and labor disputes, and advised on regulatory compliance.
Prior to this role, Daria served as a transaction associate at a Taiwanese law firm. While there, she focused on mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, and commercial matters.
