Eashwar is a lawyer in our Corporate team in the Brisbane office. He regularly advises clients in relation to corporate governance, shareholders and services agreements, and franchising agreements. Eashwar also advises clients across a range of sectors including technology, health (including dental and medical practices), retail, agribusiness, airports and logistics.
Eashwar joined K&L Gates' graduate program in 2022 working in the Corporate, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate groups. He has gained exposure to mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, competition, and trade regulation, capital markets, emerging growth and venture capital, commercial disputes, distressed real estate, and real estate finance matters for numerous clients in a variety of industries and sectors.
