Eliza Perocchi is an associate in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds group. She focuses her practice on advising investment advisers of registered funds, unregistered funds, and other financial services providers. She counsels clients on various legal and regulatory matters, including derivatives documentation, CFTC and NFA compliance matters, and drafting and reviewing documentation for the formation, organization and ongoing operations of registered and unregistered funds.
Eliza served as a summer associate at the firm in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Eliza worked at an investment management company based in Boston. In addition, Eliza worked as a securities litigation paralegal at an international law firm prior to entering law school.
