Emilee Siegl is an associate at the firm's San Francisco office. She is a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group. Her practice focuses on representing U.S. and offshore investment funds on a wide variety of legal and regulatory matters, including their structure and organization, registration and operation, and ongoing compliance concerns. She also counsels institutional investors, public pension funds, and foundations in connection with investments in investment funds and other alternative investment structures.
Prior to joining the firm, Emilee served as an associate at an American multinational law firm. While there she provided legal advice to registered investment companies and investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance, and securities law issues arising primarily under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
