Erika is a trainee in the firm’s Milan office. She is a member of the Energy, Infrastructure and Resources department and concentrates her practice on energy law, with particular reference to the oil and gas and electricity sectors, and corporate law, particularly M&A and other corporate transactions.
Erika graduated in Law at the University of Milan, with a thesis in European corporate law, concerning the compatibility of Italian and German provisions on majorities in the general meeting of public companies, with the fundamental freedoms of the European Union.
