Assisting with the development and sale of 'The Exchange', a mixed and civic use 'place making' building in the heart of Lendlease’s Darling Square urban renewal development precinct in Darling Harbour, Sydney. The building has been nominated as a finalist in the Property Council of Australia's 2019 Innovation & Excellence Awards.
Assisting Real I.S. with several Request's for Proposal to provide leased office space to the Government Departments.
