Assisted the client, an Italian leader in the jersey manufacturing for luxury companies, in the sale of its majority share capital to an important group, leader in luxury fashion.
Assisted a major financial intermediary in Italy operating in the acquisition and management of mainly non-performing loan (NPLs) portfolios in the acquisition of the 90% of the units of an investment real estate fund, owner of important real estate assets in Milan.
Assisted the client, a European leader in the production of cooling systems for the automotive industry, in the negotiation of a medium-long term loan agreement of an amount equal to Eur 24.000.000,00 granted by public guarantee.
Assisted the client, one of the leading Italian construction sector groups, in connection with the relevant debt restructuring procedure.
