Drafted shared interconnection facilities agreements (and agreement amendments) for renewable and battery projects sharing Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities
Represented solar project in dispute over lost production damages under a shared interconnection facilities agreement
Drafted interconnection co-tenancy agreements for renewable projects sharing an interconnection queue position
Advised developer on changes to the PacifiCorp interconnection process and the requirements of the PacifiCorp cluster study process
Advised battery project on Public Service Company of New Mexico interconnection study agreements and potential edits
Assisted developer with assigning interconnection queue positions in NYISO, PJM and MISO in connection with a sale of renewable project portfolio
Assisted developer in transitioning from a PacifiCorp PURPA interconnection agreement to a FERC-jurisdictional PacifiCorp interconnection agreement
