Represented Hecla Mining Company (NYSE: HL), a precious and base metals mining company, in its acquisition of Klondex Mines Ltd. (NYSE American: KLDX), a gold mining company, for approximately $462 million.
Represented Hecla Mining Company (NYSE: HL), a precious and base metals mining company, in its acquisition of Revett Mining Company, Inc. (NYSE MKT: RVM), a silver and copper mining company, for approximately $19 million.

Represented VelocityEHS Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of CVC Capital Partners’ CVC Growth Fund, in its acquisition of Humantech, Inc., a global provider of workplace performance improvement solutions and ergonomics software.
Represented PharMEDium Healthcare Holdings, Inc., the leading national provider of outsourced compounded sterile preparations to acute care hospitals in the United States, in its sale to AmerisourceBergen Corporation for approximately $2.6 billion.
Represented NewGround International, Inc., a designer and builder of retail and corporate environments, in its sale of Adrenaline, LLC, an experience design agency.
Represented Mandalay Baseball Properties, LLC, the owner and operator of certain minor league baseball teams, in its sale of the Erie SeaWolves.
