Advised global chemical company in a data breach involving highly sensitive employee PII; drafted all documents, including notifications to individuals, state attorneys general, and consumer reporting agencies.
Successful recovery of 35M USD on behalf of prominent energy client where funds had been misappropriated and converted to cryptocurrency in a business email compromise; close collaboration with FBI and Department of Homeland Security in issuing grand jury subpoenas and recovering funds.

Represented mobile application developer in extensive FTC and AG inquiries surrounding disclosure of personally identifiable information of users.
Lead trial counsel on an intellectual property infringement matter on behalf of two Polish media conglomerates against a major international piracy operation in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Obtained a permanent injunction against the pirates and a favorable settlement on behalf of the media clients.
Successfully represented an international food supplier where a consumer posted a false and defamatory viral video on a popular social media platform about the nature and quality of one of the supplier’s key products; video was taken down and consumer ceased and desisted any further unlawful conduct.
Assisted with the successful representation of a motion picture financier/producer after trial of US$11 million declaratory judgment action filed in Los Angeles, California relating to breach of settlement contract. In a bench trial, the judge rendered a verdict in favor of the financier/producer.
