Advised Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Limited on its AUD17 million acquisition of Datatel Communications Pty Ltd.
Advised Australian listed client iiNet Limited on its AUD1.57 billion merger by scheme of arrangement with TPG Telecom Limited.
Advised Azure Minerals Limited on its AUD2 million convertible note funding arrangement
Advised a U.S. based logistics company on the Australian foreign investment regulatory implications of its acquisition of Australian real estate assets, including the preparation of its foreign investment review board application.
Advised a high end luxury brand on the Australian foreign investment regulatory implications of its acquisition of an Australian real estate asset, including the preparation of its foreign investment review board application.
Advised DRA Global Limited on its acquisition of G&S Engineering from the Calibre Group.
Advising Continental AG and its Australian subsidiaries, on the Australian foreign investment regulatory implications of its acquisition of the Wesfarmers owned Kmart Tyre and Auto Services network (KTAS) including the preparation of its foreign investment review board application. This was awarded M&A Deal of the Year (Over $250M to $500M), 2019 at the 11th Annual International M&A Awards hosted by The M&A Advisor.
Assisted with advising iiNet on its acquisition of a majority interest in the Tech 2 Group.
Assisted with advising City Farmers a chain of retail pet and garden supply stores on due diligence matters relating to its AUD205 million acquisition by Greencross.
