Represented chemical company in all aspects related to cleanup of its former manufacturing facility in Torrance, California, the Montrose Superfund Site. Negotiated easements with private parties and franchises with the City and County of Los Angeles to implement an extensive groundwater treatment system required by a U.S. EPA consent decree.

Counseled solar developer in connection with CEQA and Endangered Species Act (desert tortoise) litigation challenges to a 250 MW and a 300 MW utility-scale solar project in Southern California.
Represented California utility before the CPUC on siting, permitting, and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance for various transmission line and substation projects.
