Investigated and analyzed causation and delay issues related to construction of FPSO on behalf of EPC contractor in $50mm international arbitration; drafted witness statements for process, I&E, and automation engineers. Assisted in securing successful settlement prior to arbitration.

First chaired federal jury trial in the Southern District of Texas, as part of the Firm's pro bono Cyber Civil Rights Iniative, securing a total victory on all four claims against the defendant.

Advised client and drafted settlement agreements related to former independent contractors' breach of non-solicitation and non-competition agreements and use of company's proprietary information.
Lead associate in defending staffing company against FLSA wage and hour collective action claims.
Crafted various separation and settlement agreements for large, multi-state construction client addressing variety of termination issues, including alleged harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation claims.
Represented large restaurant group before EEOC, DOL, and local workforce commissions, and defended against lawsuits regarding related claims, securing multiple favorable outcomes.
Advised employer-client regarding dispute concerning the termination of executive employment agreement.
Lead associate defending oilfield services company against alleged misappropriation, tortious interference, and breach of non-solicitation claims, securing favorable settlement.
Assisted in dispute on behalf of contractor regarding final account of EPC contract for construction of re-boilers in Kazakhstan.
Lead associate in $40mm federal court litigation related to a breach of non-disclosure agreement. Successfully moved to dismiss majority of claims at outset of litigation.
Conducted due diligence and advised international client of employment-related issues for acquisition of U.S. based manufacturing facility.
