Assisted an independent advisory firm specialised in mergers and acquisitions in connection with the replacement of the AIFM of an investment fund governed by Italian law with investment policy focused on NPLs. The fund’s target size is approximately €100 million.
Assisted an Italian asset management company in connection with the structuring and set-up of a credit fund incorporated as a securitization vehicle, investing in unlikely to pay loans originally granted by six different credit institutions, in partnership with a company that offers credit management services.
Assisted an Italian investment fund in connection with the replacement of the management company in their portfolio of a debt fund.
Assisted an Italian investment fund in connection with an investment in a private debt fund managed by an asset management company.
Assisted an independent venture capital firm in the structuring and set-up of a new venture capital fund governed by the Italian law focusing on innovative growth-stage businesses active in the telecommunications industry, launched in partnership with the the corporate venture capital vehicle of an Italian telecommunications company.
