Acted as counsel to a large investor-owned water and wastewater utility company with respect to the environmental and regulatory aspects of the acquisition of multiple municipal water and wastewater systems.
​Served as Pennsylvania counsel to a municipality and its public parking authority in the structuring and negotiation of a proposed parking system P3 lease and concession transaction.

Represented a water/wastewater service provider as the successful proposer in negotiating a 20-year DBOM contract with a multi-county regional public authority to develop and operate a 60+ mgd surface water treatment facility.

Represented a multinational water/wastewater service provider in structuring an innovative multi-pronged project.

Assisted one of the United States' largest water utility enterprises with structuring, due diligence, contract drafting, and negotiations relating to a California water/wastewater/recycled water concession transaction. The transaction, which included US$140 million in project equity and debt financing, represented a precedent-setting step forward in structuring public-private partnership arrangements, and became a model template for similar arrangements in other small to medium-sized communities facing significant infrastructure needs.  
Advised an operator on its successful bid for the operations and maintenance contractor role on a full-custodial services PPP for a 1700 bed prison, one of Australia's largest correctional centers. 
Acted for a design, build, operate, and maintain contractor on its successful bid for the AU$2 billion contract to design, build, operate, and maintain a new 156 meters-long Australian icebreaker research and supply vessel for the Australian Antarctic Division of the Commonwealth Department of Environment. Negotiated and documented the shipbuilding contract with the Dutch shipbuilder.
Worked with an engineering contractor in relation to its delivery contract, maintenance facility works deed, and through-life support contract with the New South Wales Government. Negotiated downstream documentation with the Chinese rolling stock manufacturer for the design and delivery of 24 doubledeck trains and options for up to 45 more.
Advised on all aspects of an O&M contractor's bid to be the metro operator of the North West Rail Link (now Sydney Metro North West). Advised on and negotiated project documentation.
Advised the winning consortium on its successful bid for new lines and operations of an Australian light rail project.
Advised a D&C contractor on its successful bid for two correctional center PPPs in New Zealand. Provided contract management advice. 

Advised on numerous road PPP projects in Australia and New Zealand, including Brisbane’s Airport Link and NSBT PPPs; Melbourne’s East West Link PPP and EastLink PPP; and New Zealand's Transmission Gully PPP and Pūhoi to Warkworth PPP.

Advised one of the leading real estate and investment companies in Qatar in relation to the Qatar Schools PPP Development Program (Package 1) led by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the Public Works Authority (Ashghal).

Advised a major Dutch port consultancy company with respect to a PPP/concession project for food commodity storage at the New Hamad Port, Qatar.

Advised a governmental entity in relation to a transportation services solution with respect to FIFA World Cup 2022.
Advised French and Japanese utility companies during the tender for the Ashghal Catchment Zone Framework project concerning long-term, comprehensive O&M of Qatar’s water and sewage network.
Advised a civil engineering company on a US$600 million sustainable BRT project in Peshawar, Pakistan, and a US$200 million BRT project in Karachi, Pakistan (both of which were founded by ADB), partially to be delivered with the use of a PPP delivery method.

Advised a leading provider of special economic zones in Qatar in connection with the delivery of worker accommodation projects on a PPP delivery method in the Ras BuFontas and Um Alhoul economic zones.

Represented an energy solutions company through RFP and negotiations with co-sponsors in connection with a first-of-its-kind 50-year public-private partnership with a State university to manage and maintain the university’s energy infrastructure.
