Francesco Peruffo is a counsel in the firm's Milan office. He focuses his practice on corporate and commercial non-contentious matters, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He has substantial experience in private equity, carve-out, restructuring and cross-border transactions, including international joint ventures, across a wide variety of industry sectors. Over the last few years, Francesco has also acquired significant experience in assisting institutional investors in their investments, including in connection with co-investment transactions alongside the funds they are investing in.
He also acquired extensive experience in assisting Italian and foreign clients in the manufacture and service sectors on commercial agreements.
Since 2014 he has been a member of the K&L Gates’ China Desk investing in Europe. Francesco has been named by Chambers Europe 2016 and 2017 as leading lawyer in Corporate/M&A.
