Gaby Jimenez is an associate in the firm's Miami office and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. As part of his practice, Gaby assists public companies with regular reporting matters, as well as public and private offerings of debt, equity, and convertible securities. He has also advised on various cross-border M&A transactions and middle-market private equity transactions, both as buyer and seller.
