Glenn H. Graner

Glenn Graner, who served from 1992 to 2012 as the firm's chief financial officer, is currently the senior advisor to the management committee. In this capacity, Mr. Graner assists the management committee on a variety of strategic financial matters, and advises the management committee on matters including partner finances, insurance, compliance, and merger and acquisition activities.

Mr. Graner is also a founding faculty member of the firm’s mini-MBA program, an innovative professional development training program designed to orient associates to key business concepts that are integral to our clients’ business success.

Previously Mr. Graner served as the controller for Presbyterian University Hospital and as an audit manager with Alexander Grant & Co., Certified Public Accounts. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute.

Mr. Graner has lectured at numerous national seminars, as well as to K&L Gates clients, on a variety of law firm administrative and financial topics, including strategic planning, M&A strategy and due diligence, partner compensation systems, profitability reporting and budgeting.  Most recently he served as a co-chair of the Law Firm CFO Conference held in March 2003 at the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach, Florida.
