Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Hailah served as a summer associate in the firm’s Boston office. Through this role, Hailah reviewed, amended, and drafted various corporate and disclosure documents such as board memos, stock purchase agreements, credit agreements, repo agreements, subscription agreements, annual and semi-annual reports, SAI’s, and prospectuses. Hailah also provided regulatory research regarding 40 Act, Advisers Act, and Securities Act compliance and exemptions for private fund and registered fund clients.
