Haley Hohensee is an associate in the firm's Boston office, where she is a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group. Haley focuses her practice on advising investment managers with respect to various regulatory compliance issues, including marketing and performance advertising. She also assists clients with respect to sales and acquisitions of investment advisers and fund families.

Haley was a summer associate in the firm’s Boston office in 2020. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Haley served as a legal intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Securities, Financial and Cyber Fraud Unit and at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement.

Haley is a member of the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts as well as the Boston Bar Association.
