Prior to joining the firm, Hannah served as associate general counsel at a Nashville company where she provided legal guidance and analysis of state and federal health care laws to the day-to-day operations of physician practices and hospitals. Hannah also assisted with maintaining regulatory compliance materials and contractual drafting and reviewing of agreements.
Hannah previously advised clients on and conducted research regarding state and federal fraud and abuse laws, data privacy and security, and enrollment matters. She also provided international contracting support for large healthcare client while acting as seconded corporate counsel, which includes contract management, negotiation, and the distillation of legal issues and business risk to appropriate business representatives.
