Hannah Davies is a member of the banking and asset finance practice group. Previously from the London office, she concentrates her practice on aviation finance matters and regularly acts for airlines, lessors, and financiers on complex transactions, mainly cross-border and multi-jurisdictional, in relation to the financing, purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial and private aircraft as well as on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.
Prior to qualifying into the firm’s Singapore office, Hannah completed her training contract with the firm’s London office and gained experience in the complex commercial disputes, real estate, corporate, and banking and asset finance departments.
