Hollee M. Boudreau

Hollee Boudreau is an associate in the firm’s Boston office focusing her practice on complex civil litigation in the areas of antitrust, distribution, commercial disputes, and financial services. Hollee's financial services and commercial disputes experience includes representing businesses, national banks, mortgage lenders, and loan servicers in contract and tort actions, as well as defending against claims brought under a variety of consumer-oriented state statutes and regulations, including challenges to mortgage foreclosure practices. Her experience includes defending clients in complex litigation, including class actions, arising under various federal statutes and regulations such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Truth in Lending Act. Hollee also assists with counseling companies to identify regulatory and litigation risk and to advise on best practices for responding to that risk. Additionally, Hollee's antitrust and distribution experience includes assisting in the prosecution of federal antitrust claims and advising clients on grey market suppression and distribution matters.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Hollee was an associate at a national law firm where she was also a summer associate. While in law school, she interned at the Middlesex County Superior Courthouse for the Honorable Judge Kathe Tuttman.

While in law school, Ms. Boudreau received the following awards:
