Jacqueline Harkin is a senior associate in the firm’s London office where she is a member of the real estate investment, development and finance practice group.
She is highly experienced in major redevelopment projects acting for and advising public bodies, developers, retailers and investors. Her practice involves all aspects of development including:
- leading on town centre regeneration schemes involving EU procurement and competitive dialogue;
- delivering mixed use development of retail, housing, leisure, schools, public facilities and complex transport infrastructure;
- acting for rail operators and developers in delivering development schemes over or immediately adjacent to railways;
- framework, joint venture, gain share, commercial and funding agreements.
Jacqueline has been a partner in some of the most reputed commercial property law firms in the City of London prior to joining the firm.
She qualified as a lawyer in 1987.
