Jonathan Dotson focuses his practice in the area of complex commercial and business litigation. He has represented clients in the hospitality, oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, printing, shipping and trucking, health care, chemical manufacturing, waste disposal, construction, securities, real estate, and accounting industries. In connection with these and other representations, Jonathan has assisted many of the firm's clients on matters involving alleged breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of warranty, fraud, Texas securities fraud, pollution and contamination, and violations of the Texas Water Code. As part of his practice, Jonathan has also assisted clients in seeking injunctive relief and in appellate matters.
Jonathan was named a Texas Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine and Texas Monthly in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, and 2013.
