Jonathan Theonugraha

Jonathan Theonugraha (JT) is an associate in the firm's San Francisco office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, often involving contract disputes, fraud, unfair business practices, intellectual property, and product liability matters. JT has a diverse client base and represents companies in the technology, real estate, consumer products, and financial services industries.  

JT also has significant experience in consumer protection and data privacy class actions, defending clients against claims of unfair competition, false advertising, consumer fraud, and violations of privacy laws.  

JT has successfully represented clients in state and federal court, and has experience in all phases of litigation, from the filing of the complaint through discovery, trial, and appeal, including summary judgment motions, motions in limine, post-verdict motion practice, and California state court appellate briefs.

During law school, Jonathan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Elizabeth D. Laporte in the US District Court for the Northern District of California and was a law clerk with the Criminal Division of the US Attorney's Office. Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was a summer associate in the firm's San Francisco office.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Jonathan served as a Psychological Operations Specialist in the United States Army for eight years.
